How 12 team playoff this year would have worked??
First round
FSU with 2nd string QB and players beat crap out of Liberty @#16
Georgia beats ole Piss in 6-11
Ohio St beats PSU with everyone’s players in 7-10
Oregon edges Mizzou? In 8-9
2nd round
4-5 Alacrapa beats FSU (FSU avoids national humiliation)
3-6 Georgia beats Texas
2-7 Washington beats OSU
1-8 Michigan beats Oregon
3rd round
Mich defeats Texas as game was played
Georgia beats Washington
Championship
I don’t know but good game
As all the previous games would have been and even FSU/Liberty not as bad as this years Georgia/FSU or Liberty/Oregon due to FSU not wasting too much energy.
Just my thoughts on how much better some of the New Years 6 would have been and how much better it likely will be.
As to bowls allow for 7-5 teams and cut four bowls. ESPN does not lose money due to big big payoff for expanded playoffs and not significant drop in revenue by viewership and less 6-6 teams along with NO 5-7 teams
