The Trojans, responding to a request from the Advertiser, provided details of its self-reported violations between July 2014 and June 2015. No players or coaches were specifically named. However, there were eight instances where the school's corrective or punitive measures listed actions against a "HC" -- head coach. self reporting is done to tell the NCAA we are taking care of what we messed up. Not worry at all. All schools do it and some do bigger and worse

Read the article and you will see how ridiculous the NCAA is and how stupid most of these rules are. Nobody can keep tabs on all these stupid rules and regulations. I won't be able to sleep at night knowing our baseball team practiced on Veterans Day, a student support group got a free meal, our women's basketball team used males for practice on a overseas trip and a GA tweeted a player commitment. Utter stupidity the NCAA has this much authority and rules, they are almost as bad as our government.

The bad thing is the colleges and universities gave them the power to make all these rules just like we gave so much power to the government. I would not be surprised to see the big conferences break away and start their own governing body to benefit just them.
